Sit in a comfortable position
either on a chair, cross legged on the floor,
or you can lie down in your bed

Keep your back as straight as possible

Close your eyes and take a nice relaxed
breath in, and then let it out

Keeping your eyes closed,
breathe gently and feel your breath
go in and out of your nose

If you have any thoughts or feelings
remember that this is your time to relax
and forget about them, while you keep
your attention on feeling the air go
in and out of your nose

Keep going until you feel calm and relaxed

Relaxation time calms your mind so that you
don't have any thoughts and you feel peaceful

Don't worry if you get lots of thoughts in the
beginning. Just keep practicing. The more you
practice, the less thoughts will come and the
more peaceful you will feel

This is your time to relax and not think
about any of your worries or problems

If you are feeling angry, lonely, sad, or unhappy,
having some relaxation time will help you feel
calmer, happier and more peaceful.

If you are on your own it is best to sit down
and close your eyes to relax. Or you can do it
in bed as you go to sleep at night and before
getting up in the morning.

When other people are around, you can keep
your eyes open and only do Step 3, so that they
don't know what you are doing.

Try to have 2 to 10 minutes Relaxation Time
every morning and night.
