


Spend your time doing
the things that you love.
When you are doing what you love, you are happier!

Don't take things too seriously, laugh and have
more fun.
Laughter makes you feel
great and when you are happy,
you help the people around you to be happier.


When you're doing things that
you don't always like to do, like
chores or homework, try turning it into a game.
If you are
cleaning your room, you could put some music on and dance.
If you are washing up, you could sing your favourite song.
You can make what you are doing fun so that you do enjoy it.
If it's something that you have to do, it's better
for you if you
make it fun and be happy and positive about doing it!
If
you try your best to be
friendly to everyone you will be
happier and feel better inside yourself. If others treat you
in
ways that hurt you, you can find new friends that love you
and accept you as you are so that you can have fun with them.


Spend time doing
the things you are naturally
good at,
as well
as the things that you love doing but are
not
so good
at. If you love something but are not very
good at it,
Keep Practicing!
One
day you will find
that you have become an expert at it.


If you look after your body and keep
it fit and healthy you
will have more energy and feel
better. It's easy to do this
just by having some regular exercise,
which can be a
whole lot of fun, and by eating a
balanced diet.
Share your good times with
others and
always include everyone when you are
playing. It is just so much more fun
when
everyone is involved!!!
Be happy for other
people when they
are having good times
and fun too, even if you aren't a part of it.
