You are nearly always either thinking, feeling,
acting or speaking. When you are always busy,
you can become tired or unhappy. Having some
time to yourself every day for relaxation can
help you to feel better in lots of ways.


When your mind is quiet, without thinking or worrying,
you feel very peaceful and can relax. Having relaxation time
every day will help you to feel
calm and peaceful. You will
be able to think more clearly and you will feel happier.


You can have your relaxation time every morning
when you wake up and every night before you
go to bed. You can even do it in bed as
you go to sleep at night
.

Another great time to have your relaxation time is
if you are feeling angry, sad or any other unhappy
feeling. Relaxation time can help you to feel more
peaceful during the times in your life when you are
hurting or struggling. It is a way of giving you a
break from your troubles to help you to find
more happiness in your life.


Try to find a place where you won't be disturbed,
or even let your family know so that they can help
you to have
your relaxation time each day.
They might even like to join in.




You can print the Relaxation Time out if it helps you to have
it close until you learn how to do it without reading it.

It's best to have 2 to 10 minutes Relaxation time
every morning and night.
