relaxation
time every morning
when you wake
up and every night before
you
go to bed. You can even do it in
bed as
you go to sleep at night.
Another great time to have your relaxation time is
if you
are feeling angry, sad or any other unhappy
feeling.
Relaxation time can help you to feel more
peaceful during
the times in your life when you are
hurting or struggling.
It is a way of giving you a
break from your troubles to help
you to find
more happiness in your life.
Try to find a place where you
won't be disturbed,
or even let your family know so that
they can help
you to have
your relaxation time each day.

might even like to join in.
